Powerhertz provides specialist grid connection engineering services to the power generation and distribution industry. We specialise in providing end-to-end solution for connection of Renewable Generation BESS, Solar Farm, Hybrid plants and Synchronous Condensers and Generators to the grid. We undertake the connection studies required by the NSP and AEMO for the establishment of the Generator Performance Standard for the new generator, R0 and R1 modelling and GPS studies. We facilitate the registration process and undertake the Hold Point testing & R2 model validation.

Powerhertz has been operating in the space of excitation system and turbine governor model development as well as solar farm and wind farm generator performance standard compliance studies. We also can do Hold Point testing and model validation, setting up compliance monitoring program, generator compliance testing.

DEWETRON high speed recorder (up to 100kHz/channel) with the software power module for the measurement of raw voltage and current from the VTs and the CTs and on-line calculation of more than 100 parameters e.g. RMS, MW, MVA,MVAR, Cos phi, frequency, harmonics.
Omicron CMC256-6 for secondary injection testing.
